Prophetic Dream Interpretation Ministry

Since 1997, Seer Prophetess Wanda Swift-Horne has been interpreting dreams alongside her husband, Apostle Michael Horne, under the tutelage of the late John Paul Jackson of Streams Ministry International. Together, they have been empowered and commissioned by God to bring forth the unveiling of His mysteries through prophetic dream interpretation. Their ministry flows under the anointing of the Holy Spirit, revealing God’s messages through dreams just as He did with His prophets of old.

What Is Prophetic Dream Interpretation?
Prophetic dream interpretation is the process of seeking divine insight and revelation from God concerning the dreams He gives. Dreams often serve as one of God’s languages of communication, releasing guidance, confirmation, instruction, or warning to His people. By listening to the Holy Spirit, the interpreter can discern the hidden spiritual meaning behind the symbols, themes, and images presented in a dream.

 

This form of ministry is not rooted in human reasoning or psychology but in divine revelation — inspired by the same Spirit who gave the dream.

Biblical Examples of Prophetic Dream Interpretation
Joseph’s Example – Genesis 41:15–16
“It is not in me; God will give Pharaoh a favorable answer.”
Joseph’s humility before Pharaoh reminds us that true interpretation belongs to God alone. Through obedience and faith, Joseph became an instrument of divine wisdom, unlocking dreams that preserved nations.

Daniel’s Example – Daniel 2:19, 28
“Then the secret was revealed to Daniel in a vision of the night… there is a God in heaven who reveals secrets.”
Daniel’s example shows that God continues to reveal His plans through those who walk closely with Him and seek His understanding.
